At Centrle, operated by Connectify Dynamic Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), we prioritize the security of your business and personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, secure, and share data when you connect your accounts or use our operations platform.

01 / Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver multi-tenant operations, automated CRM deals, and workflow tracking. This includes:

Account Information: Name, professional email address, corporate domain, hashed passwords, and assigned user roles (admin, superuser, operative).
CRM & Billing Data: Client contact records, service agreements, invoices, ledger balances, and payment tracking variables.
Technical Identifiers: IP addresses, browser fingerprint data, device settings, and activity logs captured for administrative security audits.
Connected Services (Google APIs): Account email, Gmail message headers and body contents (when synced), Dialogflow intents, and Google Meet scheduling coordinates.

02 / Google API Data & OAuth Permissions

Centrle accesses and processes Google user data via OAuth integrations strictly to automate client communication and team logistics:

Gmail API (gmail.readonly, gmail.send)

We access your Gmail inbox to retrieve email bodies and attachments associated with your client leads. This enables real-time synchronization of communication directly inside CRM deal boards. We use send permissions to let you send proposals and invoices directly through your corporate email address.

Google User Identity (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile)

Used to verify your identity during portal login sessions, map incoming messages to the correct user profile, and display your name and profile picture inside team chat channels.

Google Dialogflow API & Meet Calendar

Used to build and train custom support chat assistants for client sites and automatically generate Google Meet virtual room links for upcoming CRM appointments.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Centrle's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Gmail data read or sent via our integrations will not be used for serving advertisements, training third-party LLMs (outside of Dialogflow context controlled directly by you), or transferring to third parties except under strictly verified security compliance audits or legal subpoena.

03 / How We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. We only share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements:

Twilio: Used to dispatch security alerts, workspace reminders, and communication logs.
Cloudflare: Our database and code execute on Cloudflare D1 and Pages networks. All database information is isolated and securely managed by Cloudflare infrastructure.

04 / Security & Token Encryption

To keep your connected accounts safe, Centrle employs military-grade security layers:

Token Encryption: Google OAuth refresh and access tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before being stored in Cloudflare KV or D1 databases. They are decrypted on-the-fly only when making active API calls to Google servers.
Role-Based Access: Stringent RBAC filters prevent regular operators or client portal users from calling administrative setup routines or viewing other tenant databases.

05 / Data Retention, Deletion, and Revocation

You maintain full control over your data. You may request the deletion of your account, client records, and synced communications at any time.

To disconnect Centrle's access to your Google account, you can revoke permissions directly through the Google Security Permissions Console. Disconnecting your account will immediately delete the cached OAuth tokens on our servers.
