These terms govern your access and use of the platform's features, including CRM management, messaging pipelines, billing automation, and connected Google Workspace services.
By accessing, registering, or using Centrle, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, superusers, organization operatives, and client contacts accessing the Customer Experience Portal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, database schema version, or module in accordance with system health requirements without prior liability.
Centrle integrates with specific Google API services to facilitate automated workflow actions and communications. When authorizing Centrle through Google OAuth, you grant permissions to access your Google account data strictly for the following purposes:
Using gmail.send and gmail.readonly, Centrle sends marketing emails, invoices, and proposals directly from your verified address. It monitors your inbox metadata to link customer responses directly to active CRM deal logs and task boards.
Integrates with Google Dialogflow to operate customer support virtual agents, train support intents, and process natural language inputs for our e-commerce and internal communication widgets.
Accesses calendar systems to generate and map Google Meet invitations directly inside CRM task scheduling cards, facilitating seamless client appointments.
Reads basic profile info (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile) to automatically authenticate organization operatives and associate user profiles with relevant tenant scopes.
Centrle's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. User credentials, access tokens, and synchronized email bodies are encrypted at rest and never shared, sold, or rented to external advertising networks or data brokers.

Superuser Access: Connectify Dynamic Solutions maintains administrative roles strictly for system migration updates, database repair, and workspace health monitoring.
All services ordered through Centrle CRM pipelines are billed in accordance with the specified invoice parameters (e.g. Net 15, Net 30, COD, or Prepaid agreements).
Automated invoice generation triggers notification records. Standard payment requests route users to secure processing gateways. Access to platform tools may be suspended if invoices remain overdue beyond 14 business days.
Centrle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Connectify Dynamic Solutions makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the system will run error-free, uninterrupted, or without temporary sync conflicts during database migration hashes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectify Dynamic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data resulting from your access or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
